1995, with the Construction Supervision Qualification Class A issued by the Ministry of Construction of
P.R. China and the Engineering Equiment Supervision Qualification Class B issued by Shanghai city.
The business scope of this Company mainly includes the supervision over the petrochemical project
construction and building project construction, and the supervision over the petrochemical equipment
fabrication and the environment protection equipment fabrication.
This Company is a knowledge-intensive professional supervisory enterprise, and possesses a large
number of engineers who have both professional theoretical knowledge and rich practical experience.
Now, it has a staff of over 96, including 29 senior engineers, and 34 middle-titled engineers, 28 state-
registered supervisory engineers, 2 state-regestered cost engineers, 1 Shanghai-City-registered ITB
agent, 20 Shanghai-City-registered equiment supervisory engineer, 25 trained supervisors, 8 witnesses,
and 13 safety supervisors.
The Company has established a complete set of specialties including the Chemical Machinery, Civil
Engineering, Architecture, Structure, Electricity, HVAC, Equipment Installation, Process, Instrumentation
and Automation, Water Supply and Drainge, Municipal Engineering, Project Budget, etc. with rational
personnel structure and equipped with advanced detectors, instruments and modernized office
appliances to render customers excellent and all-round supervisory services.
The Company practises the Project Chief Supervisory Engineer Responsibility System and fulfils
supervisory-service contracts in an all-round way; it strictly defines the responsibility and authority of the
supervisory engineer of each specialty and operates according to the Project Construction Supervision
Plan and related Implementation Details; it also uses unified standard forms and executes unified
standard program to establish the supervisory archive system, and uses computers to perform aux.
